Joy Kautzer has been promoted to Human Resources Administrator at Lakeside Foods’ Corporate Office in Manitowoc. In this position, she will continue her involvement in benefit administration and company communications as well as an expanded role in the areas of wage & salary administration and affirmative action as well as corporate human resource relations.
Joy began working for Lakeside Foods in 1992 in the Office Services Department and moved to Corporate Human Resources in 1997. She is in the process of pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Management at Lakeland College. Joy resides in Whitelaw, WI with her husband Mike and three children, Haley and twins Mitchell and Taylor.
