Looking for the opportunity to work in all facets of plant human resources?  Employment, safety, benefits, Affirmative Action, communications and teamwork.  You’ll be involved in these areas and more.  Working under the General Manager’s direction, you’ll manage and coordinate the Human Resources program at our production facility in Manitowoc, WI.

The person filling this position will have a college degree and be a hard worker and quick learner, with superb communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work in a team environment, both as a leader and team member, is a must.

Lakeside Foods is a privately held, leading international food processor with an average annual employment of 1,000.  With our headquarters in Manitowoc, WI, we have nine plants and four distribution centers throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Ohio.  We produce a diverse line of nutritional food products including canned and frozen vegetables, canned meats, jellies and preserves, microwaveable meals, whipped toppings, salsa, picante and other sauces.
